• We provide FCC licensed frequencies for your use, or we can program to your frequencies.
• Extra batteries (20% of the total number of radios rented) are provided at no additional charge.
• Range and distance coverage varies based on location, terrain and other large city obstructions. Speak to a Rental Representative for the anticipated range for your specific area.
• All rental fees must be paid in full at the time of issue unless an account has been established. Rentals can be paid by cash, check (with valid ID), and all major credit cards. Security deposits are required on all rentals to non-established customers. Deposits can be made in cash or by credit card authorization.
• Minimum rental period is 1 day. Major holidays require a two-day minimum rental.
• Radios are available for pick-up/delivery after 12:00 PM the day prior to the day the rental charges are to commence. Rentals must be returned by 12:00 PM the day after the rental charges are to terminate. To extend rental lease, contact a Rental Representative prior to the end of rental. Radios will be charged the daily rate for each day that they are not returned. There is no charge to pick up the radios at any of our offices. Delivery is available to the metropolitan Atlanta area at a minimum fee ($35 covers round-trip for local orders). Shipping charges, via Fed/Ex and UPS, must be paid by the customer.
